Not only does she have a wealth of experience flying, because she is an actual flight attendant, who loves animals! She has a beautiful inner spirit that is so transparent when meeting her. Just watching even the few minutes of her with you new family member will make you smile Guarantee!! Her communication is impeccable! Her professionalism is impeccable. Her honesty and non greed are such a rarity these days. Yes very personalized service through anyone else would be double what she charges! If you do some research and talk to other companies who courier pets, you will find that their services are performed as your pets are an OBJECT. She truly loves your pet as if your own family member was bringing them to you. I made sure to leave her a tip. Because I wanted her to know how much I truly appreciate what she does and how she does it. Just such a flawless and beautiful transaction dealing with her twice now. Just WONDERFUL!!!!
